Iridology is an alternative medicine that can tell the health state of an individual organ in a human body by just looking into the eye. Iridologists use the iridology chart as a main reference to perform eye analysis.
UCERD (Pvt) Ltd has developed of a high performance Iris based Disease Diagnostic System (IDDS) for an early assessment of human internal problems.
The iridolgy system takes iris images as input and perform general pre-diagnosis for human organs disorders on the basis of iridology chart and artificial intelligent algorithm.
The IDDS determines the severity or damage of the targeted organ by identifying a texture and color of mark or lesion by using artificial intelligence techniques.
The proposed system would help clinicians to perform a quick early pre-diagnoses of the above diseases that would not only save precious time (before in-depth analysis) but also decrease financial burden over the patients and national health system.. It will open a new paradigm in the field of medical pre-diagnosis by providing cost affective, quick and painless diagnosis.
